Week 10: Reflections
Welcome to Week 10. We've made it.
Our 10 Week Journey has led us toward this moment: the final Sunday check-in. At this point, you've fully explored, informed, and implemented key elements of your personalized, optimized routine—and even if you haven't, you're equipped with the tools to define it for yourself, when you're ready.
I write this email hoping this has been an eye-opening, humbling, and exciting journey for you—it has been for me!
Before we end these ten weeks, I want to extend my gratitude to you. Your trust in me to help guide you along this path toward a healthier, happier, more personally fulfilling life means more to me than I can express in an email. And frankly, that you opened space for me in your inbox is also an honor! I know how crowded inboxes can already be...
I also want you to extend gratitude to yourself. Whether you've given 100% or 1% to this journey, you—in some capacity—have shown up, and showing up is the first step toward making meaningful change.
